Location cab driver from London had difficulty locating it cost me 30 extra LBs to find it

I loved the quiet, clean, extremely comfortable room. Could not hear anything, very good soundproofing which is hard to find. Food was excellent. The whole place was very relaxing and a great place to stay either before or after travel. I did both. I will definitely use this hotel again when travelling through Terminal 5. I might actually use it if I am travelling from the other Terminals

I admired most the fixtures in the bathroom. They were of excellent quality--like the ones I put into my remodeled home.
Yes, I could not get a "black cab" from there. (I was told that the management was averse to engaging black cabs.) Instead, the driver came with a private vehicle to take me to the River Cafe, and when it was time to return to the hotel, the car wouldn't start. It was rather late, but I had to find another cab. Moreover, if I hadn't had Google directions to the restaurant, the driver would not have been able to find it.
