The room was very nice, clean and tidy and the location of the hotel was execellent.
Very dissapointed there was no lift in the hotel this should have been stated before booking. the breakfast room was on the lower floor with 74 steps to the second floor bedrooms.St. Catherines Cathedral was extremely close to the hotel and the church bells started ringing half hourly from 7am. The directions and information from the hotel staff was somewhat misleading. I would recommend this hotel but it is not suitable for the infirm or disabled

The staff was great! And the terrace outside was very nice. The breakfast was very nice with the tart. It is nice to have local goods for breakfast. The location was very convenient.
The noise. I could hear noise from the lobby and reception desk from my room. So I was woken up when staff came in the morning and by guests returning late at night.If more could be have been done to cut down on the sound it would have been a great experience. It was too bad the hotel did not offer free wifi.

LOCATION FRIENDLY SUPPORT TO GET EXCURSION TO CHIANTI AREA ;the availability of mountain bikes at no cost at the hotel; appreciated the offer of early take away breakfast because of early transport bus departure

Main reason for choosing Hotel Chiusarelli: Location

The only issue at a really nice and centrally located hotel is that there are no lifts. Otherwise the hotel is a wonderful stopping point.

The breakfast room is a delight. The proximity to the central bus area is excellent. The piazza matteoli which is at the end of the street is the opening point to the main and scenic part of Sienna.
