Its convenience to Shannon Airport. The size of the Family room which I thought was very good and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Plenty of towels and a very good shower. Staff went out of there way to facilitate my daughters early start 6 am for the airport. Overall it was a very satisfactory stay. Mary Lawless

Closeness to airport for early morning departure.

The door to our room did not lock properly and it wasn't until the morning that we realized we had slept the entire night in an unsecure room.
