Easy check in
Friendly Staff

Dining Room and food quality
Beautiful Breakfast was included since we booked so far in advance
We could tell the manager was paying attention to EVERYTHING that was going on. He was all over the place making sure things were running smoothly.
WE LOVED THE FACT THAT THE AIRPORT WAS RIGHT THERE. WE SIMPLY WALKED OUT THE HOTEL DOOR AND INTO THE AIRPORT. WOW!
We had to pull our luggage up (and down) a flight of stairs because there were no elevators. However, I am sure if we had asked for help hotel staff would have been extremely accommodating.

The staff person at check in desk was very helpful. We were surprised regarding the hotel's proximity to the airport (literally a two minute walk) The room exceeded our expectations. A very nice ending to our time in Ireland.

Could not hear any planes coming in or going out when we fell asleep, and the room darkening window coverings helped us to fall immediately asleep in mid-morning when we got into our room.

Front desk staff was helpful. It was great to have a place to store my bags before i could check in.
Proximity to the terminal was the great selling point. I would recommend this hotel for another to stay in for this reason. The room itself was mediocre; not what I expected from a Radisson
You need an elevator. If there was one, I was not told about it.
Dragging suitcases up flights of stairs isn't fun.
