How easy it was to get a cab and go to Bun Ratty Castle with the help of your staff. The ease of getting on our flight back to the US, When the hotel is right next to the airport it makes it so easy. We also liked how the resturant staff asked if the room was to our liking and if they could improve on anything in the room, It made us feel important and that they really did care about us and our room.

The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the airport terminal.

I have stayed in this hotel twice, once in April and again in July. The room I stayed in in July was a little "tired", particularly the bathroom.

The location to the airport. Was a great benefit to aid our travel

Our family room was not up to standards. The bathroom had what looked like mold on the ceiling The bathroom was not very clean. So make changes to the bath area.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay and easy to get to from the airport. One point I would make is that when booking for a stay in the UK the charge is usually inclusive of bed and breakfast, it would perhaps be better if the fact that the charge is only for bed.
