The bed was very comfortable, one of the best we have ever found in a hotel. The location of the hotel is not bad but getting there was quite a challenge. Recommend that driving directions be extremely detailed especially for the streets immediately around the hotel. These could be included in any reservation confirmation.

Not too far from the center of Sevilla.
Small rooms. You need a GPS to find this hotel and don't drive a big car - the streets are very small. Using the hotel's parking lot - which is located underground and you have to use an elevator - you always depend on somebody from the staff to let you in and out (long waiting times).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the centre of the old quarter and close (withing five minutes walk) to shops and restaurants all on the level and no hills! The area appeared quite safe, well lit and the hotel is well signposted.
Not about the hotel but...Do not rely on sat-nav as there is a "new" Bus & Taxi lane which caused some difficulty trying to navigate around it. (Sat-Nav took us onto it and we had to make a swift turnaround to avoid getting caught.) Ended up having to reverse up some extremely narrow allies. Best advice we can give is to keep to the outskirts and head towards the river.

The welcome, great breakfast, quiet.
Access to the hotel difficult due to the structure of Seville, parking is not accessible to a 4x4.

The location is unbeatable. The hotel design is beautiful and is surrounded by good eating establishments. The soundproofing of the room is very good. We had two balconies overlooking the street and the noise was nonexistent. The reception staff are friendly and attentive. The theme of the hotel parking lot it worked perfectly. Without doubt, return to this hotel.

Especially concerns the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but were guests at a time, then the supply of various inadequate. Furthermore, we slept very well in the air, which we definitely needed at 35 degrees.
Too bad there were no windows to just look outside.
