Hotel Infanta Isabel

The hotel location on Plaza Mayor was excellent for our purposes. Our request for a quiet, smoke free room was addressed; the room was large and comfortable. Our car was parked for us in a secure lot and delivered to us when we were ready to depart. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the center of the city with many of Segovia´s famous sites up to only 10 minutes walk from it. There were also wonderful restaurants serving Segovia´s traditional specialties around the hotel at reasonable prices. We travelled by train with our toddler and although we walked, it wasn´t so lengthy that we would advise against it. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted and a cot(free of charge)with clean sheets was promptly brought to our room for our son to nap in. Our room was also cool as the staff was kind enough to turn on the AC ready for our arrival. With this hotel choice, you receive plenty value for money. Location, room comfort, hospitality were ideal. We plan to book there again on our return visit. Enjoy your stay!

Very good value for money in terms of location. Breakfast buffet was good, and it was nice that the car was parked for us, and we could request it when we needed to use it. of course there was a parking fee, but the service made it worth it.

Chain when I had no Nigun Boutique doubt and dismissed all other hotels

Our stay at the Hotel Infanta Isabel was excellent. The empledos were very hospitable, giving directions, worrying about every detail and trying everything yesterday

We said 'No Opinion' on the staff because the staff differed greatly. The housekeepers were all extremely helpful and friendly. The desk clerks were helpful but some were rather aloof. The restaurant/bar staff seemed to go out of their way to be rude and unfriendly. This was frustating because the breakfast was very, very good and the tapas looked outstanding, but we were so put off by their attitudes that we ended up only eating there twice. For us, this was quite inconvenient, especially for breakfast.

First class, comfortable and romantic hotel in the selected location on the Plazza Mayor. We were impressed by the atmosphere at this place and would definitely book this hotel again. For breakfast, the cafe opposite 1a recommended.
