Location.

The friendliness of reception staff
The rooms are in need of refurbishment urgente.o cabinet interior is degrading and small bed room had not returned the mattress too long (I did it willingly and have more comfort)

Very friendly staff. My room (610) was clean. However, peeling paint ought to be repaired. Missed light over the desk. Also, the layout of furniture was odd: the nightstand,with the telephone was on one side of the double bed while the switches for main and reading lights were on the other side on the board.

The hotel was well located for both the old and new parts of the City.Clean tidy rooms. The staff were both friendly and very helpful. Quieter rooms at the back but better views from the front.
