The hotel in general very good, rooms spacious, the staff very friendly. Not located in the downtown but access to it is easy both by car as bus itself is very comfortable to not have to be looking for parking. The rate seemed a little high but I think it was because just coincided with the week's Film Festival. (Especially the breakfast was not included)
