Loved all of it. The location could not be better. You step outside the hotel into the central plaza of the walled city and yet when you are in your room there is no feeling of being in the midst of bustle. The staff went out of their way to help us with some problems we were having with our rental car company.
The only thing that we might have liked was a larger breakfast with more fresh fruit, but when you are eatting your breakfast on a lovely terrace this downfall is really miniscule.

Loved this place! Perfect, right in the center of town on the plaza. Our room overlooked the rolling hills - just perfect! Beautiful views. Very nice breakfast on the rooftop every morning. Lisa at the front desk was very accomodating and helpful. We changed our reservations to arrive a day early. Then ended up leaving a day early (only to get closer to the airport due to train strikes). There was a little miscommunication with another staff memeber (maybe the language) about leaving a day early and she was very nice about it. Great place! We'd love to go back.
Laundry room would be very nice since we were traveling for 17 days. But that's minor.
