The staff were pleasent,and efficient. I booked two rooms, one for me and my wife the other for our friends. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but was disappointed when our friends found it necessary to compain about noise all night long in their room No.318.

The overall tranquility and the efficiency of the car parking procedure, however, if my stay had been for more that one night the cost would be too great.
The noise from machinery located at the bottom of the lift shaft which resonated up to room 318 and kept my friends awake all night. An official complaint was made to the receptionist at 4am, but no one in authority was present at 11am when we checked out.

Beautiful hotel which certainly deserves it's 5 star rating. Good location, especially if arriving by car. Our itinerary changed so we had to re-book at a much higher rate (it was Holy Thursday/Good Friday), but it would have been a bargain at our original rate.
