Nice rooms / polite staff
The A/C did not work. Set it to 19C and woke up at 2pm when the temp reached 27C - had to move to another room in the middle of the night!

I was there in the winter, so it wasn't too crowded. Everyone was efficient and helpful, the room and the breakfast were great and the shuttle was timely both ways. Best value of my whole trip.

A nice clean hotel that is undergoing a re painting.
Although we requested a non smoking room, it still smelt like it was used recently as a smoking room as the smell was still there. As for the price, it was outrageous for what you got.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is convenient near airport.
Internet is not included. Such minor thing as soccer adaptor can only be bought at the reception for 9SFR. In all other hotels in Switzerland where i Stayed in it was provided for free.
