Pleasant stay in the Grand Hotel De Pontaillac in Royan. However, comments that we made our reservation had not been taken into account by the hotel.
The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Those taken by our daughter 2 ½ years have not been counted, making up for missed AC's cot!
The cot we had requested had not been prepared for our arrival at 20:30. It was tabled in the room during our dinner, but he had not been unfolded and the sheets were left piled next.
