Hôtel de la Seine

We were disappointed with the location, though the hotel was good value for money. We thought there was a good choice of food for breakfast, although being English, we would have appreciated more choice of cereal, i.e. muesli. In our bedroom, we would have liked some hooks to hang our coats etc and at least one English speaking TV channel (out of 21 channels).

Hotel old and noisy. antiquated lift parking charges is announced free! booking price is the same as that of the hotel

Overall a good base to visit rouen-10 mins walk to centre of town. rooms adequate and 9 year old child stayed free which made it good value for money.only thing we found a negative was the smell of smoke around the hotel entrance areas and lobby was quite strong - the room had a faint smell of smoke even though it was a no smoking room . the reception staff were very friendly -spoke english well and were very helpful in booking our next kyriad hotel on our journey.

Perfect location, good parking space. A pity that a group ate all the cheese there was for breakfast.
