We were completely satisfied with our stay. the staff was very helpful and attentive, the room was excellent and the breakfast delicious! we would definitely book again!

Good location with easy access to public transport
The original room we were given - a small single room with two beds made up as singles pushed together was most inadequate. We were told that Australians did not understand European room sizes - our friends who were travelling with us also had a "Classic Double" room which was almost double the size of ours. We asked for a larger room but that request was not made available to us until the second day. This new room was in keeping with most of the others we stay at in France and Italy.

Main reason for choosing Hotel Saint John: Rate

The modernity and cleanliness of the hotel and its location 5 minutes from the Colosseum are the highlights of this hotel. I was really pleased. If I go to Rome I will return there for sure.

A simple thing. I asked gliaccio room and after 2 minutes was in the room. Very courteous.
The only thing that I liked and I was in fact often feel like a hotel for the breakfast tables were not cleaned once used but were simply cleared. Also those "tovalgioli" plastic that you put on the table for breakfast to avoid direct contact with the table I always dirtier fact often the same table. I'm sorry to say these things to this hotel but it's only intentions with "positive"

I was at ease

Attentive staff and nice high professionalism
Restaurant service is unsatisfactory in certain respects (eg accessories like slippers), the hotel does not seem up to four stars in the line input and output operations

Main reason for choosing Hotel Saint John: Location

The hotel was fine. The room was smaller than I had anticipated and there was no bath in the bathroom which was a surprise, however, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it! My one complaint about the breakfast would be that there seems to be no facilities to keep the hot food hot! If you come to breakfast late this is not so nice. The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly.
