One genetleman on the front desk (forget his name) was very helpful, the rest of staff were not.
We were moved rooms because a soccer team decided to stay at the hotel - first we knew of this was the day before. Not a good experience. No restitution was made for the inconvenience nor any apology made to us - it was as though it was expected we would move, no questions asked.

Excellent hotel, quiet and not perceived traffic, easy to reach and strategic position to move to Rome.

We stayed only one night but we were able to enjoy the special ambience and its cure. Excellent breakfast buffet
