I did not like the breakfast, as the old bread was hard, the coffee was worth. If you want no one complains about the breakfast, prepared fresh and the good stuff. (I'm not staying at the Flaminio Village for breakfast.

It was promised in the documentation that credit cards are accepted. If you pay the lodging (one night 82, - Euro) but the credit card was above a threshold of 150, - Euro accepted only. This is a clear false evidence, ask for clarification.

Good service. Nicely maintained park. Bungalow was good. Too far away from downtown.

Cozy, neatly kept park, nice staff, good service desk.
Stale bread for breakfast. Busy roads running stabbing from / to the station. Too far away from downtown. With 6 day stay, the sheets / towels not changed.

We were fully satisfied and pleased all over our stay.

Combination of accessibility to the city by public trafic and oportunity to rest in silent place with swimming pool and services (air condition, shop, restaurant, info center, web...). We could choice between small bungalow with lower price and between more comfortable one.
Only two little remarks: 1) Access to village is quite difficult by crossing of travelled way to access ferrovia station - reccomanded rouding way is too long. 2)Long way to the city - about 1 hour by public traffic - but I know, we are in Rome :-)

Personally, I was (after 2007) for the 2nd time in Flaminio V. This time with my son. We enjoyed every night of rest after our visit to Rome City, New to me was the use of bus 200, etc. The atmosphere is very good Flaminio!

The kindness, when it became clear that we still had booked a room too small was good. We got the discount that we got through booking and so was the bungalow still attractive in price.

Everything within reach. The restaurant. The breakfast was reasonable.
In the preseason, you're missing the pool a sauna would have been welcome. We had much rain as wsch.niet common in Rome, but this was the case.
