Unfortunately, in my first hour in the Hotel, I left the room locked to have dinner. I stayed out for one hour. Someone (obviously of the hotel staff to be able to open the room without any damage in the door), went inside the room, opened my bag and stole my camera. I talked immediately with the Hotel Manager, who clearly does not care and just told me to go to the police without any support. I do not recommend a Hotel like this to anyone.

Hotel more likely good three stars

The hotel was very accessible and convenient for walking throughout the city. I made a return visit and have to admit it was lovely to go back to a familiar and friendly place in Rome. The hotel was also very reliable and helpful in providing details for my getting from the airport to the location - I really appreciated that and would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We liked the hotel very much

LOVELY HOTEL - CLEAN & CONTEMPORARY ROOMS ALTHOUGH QUITE SMALL. STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL BUT BREAKFAST FAIRLY BASIC. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BUT THE LOCATION WASN'T GREAT DUE TO BEING CLOSE TO THE TERMINI STATION & IN THE MORE RUNDOWN PART OF THE CITY.

Hotel has great location and fine ground floor. Rooms are clean enough, but not the corridors and old elevators. Breakfasts are very good for this level of hotel and Italy.

Price quality was OK, not a real 4 star hotel (more a good 3 star). Bathroom was not good. Bed and breakfast were OK.
