They were making repairs close to our room with a hammer drill. After a 31 hr flight this was totally unacceptable. We complained and we were told the noise would stop at 3.30pm - it didn't end until 4.30pm. Then they suggest we could move to another room however we were in bed and had unpacked. CLEARLY WE DIDN'T GET THE MOST BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR WHAT WE PAID FOR - A ROOM WHERE WE COULD SLEEP!.

The shuttle to go from terminal 2 to the hotel is not explicit enough as there is another suite novotel hotel at the airport and is very easy to confuse. In addition, the shuttle is very uncomfortable and inadequate.

Chambre comfortable, propre, calme.
Horaire de la navette: navette gratuite à partir de 5h du matin hors je devais être à l aéroport CDG à 4h donc obligé de prendre un taxi.

Shuttle bus from airport was not frequent and wait wasa almost an hour before one arrived at the airport.

Terrible shuttle bus connection, no idea how to find the hotel shuttle bus stop
at CDG, no indication at the hotel website, not less than 4 different hotels with NOVOTEL in their names and it is hard to distinguish them
