Nice staff. Garage in the building is very convenient for those who have a car. The room well kept. The breakfast restaurant is beautifully situated on the top floor with nice views. Breakfast is definitely approved stamp.
Purely aesthetic works throughout the hotel a little "shabby" and shows signs of having seen better days.

The location was perfect for a visit to Reims
Staff were totally disinterested in guests, except at the checkout, then came the top professional kindness during our stay we had lacked. Garage full? without mercy, put it away! Dining? Well, then about half hour! During the breakfast, there were five staff members to "yawn" when the guests with coffee and hot water jugs back and forth.
