The rooms and the location were good although there was a whole in the sleeping sheets in a 5-star hotel room. However, the room was comfortable and well-equipped. It had a huge bed and nice bathroom. The service and the breakfast were ridiculous. When checking in, they pretended we had not booked anything so they could charge us a higher spot rate. They were not helpful, either. They would not call for me to make a reservation in a restaurant. The breakfast was cold and really bad. It is not a five-star hotel. If you catch a good discount, it might be worthy but i am sure there are 4-stars hotels in Prague better than this one.

Beautiful clean modern hotel.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. The louge/Bar was very comfortable. Location-about 5 mins walk from Old Town Square and 10 mins walk from Charles bridge and Wenceslas Square.

CONFORTABLE, VERY WELL LOCATED

Hotel recommended, great service, quality and quantity of breakfast and above all a good location. RECOMMENDED.

A fine hotel if you can get a decent rate for your stay although i would say it is definitely not a 5 star hotel by UK standards.

The hotel is lovely and clean and because we went in January was lovely and quiet as well! It is quite new and is decorated simply and therefore seemed clinical and hygenic. The staff was lovely and didn't mind us traipsing snow through the hotel! The breakfast was a nice selection of cooked breakfast, cereals, various meats and cheeses, fruit and much more. Location was just down from wencelas square and so missed out from the noise but close enough to get to the bars etc.
