Main reason for choosing Anna Hotel: Rate
Great Price/Quality.
They were doing construction in the lobby during the morning and it was extremely loud. Also, they had to shut the water off in our room for half of one of the days. Wasn't a huge deal but some sort of compensation would have been nice.

We liked the hotel very much. It is easily accessible by tram or metro, the street is very quiet and the renovated building quite pleasant.
Above all the quitness and confort.
