The location was in central Porto, so was easy access to all the interesting places we wanted to visit there.
We were very happy with all respects of the hotel. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of choice.

Localisation centrale et facilité d'accès. Proximité d'un parking couvert avec réduction de tarif pour clientèle de l'hotel.
Attitude peu chaleureuse du personnel. Attitude de l'hotel qui interdit de laver son linge dans sa chambre sous peine de payer une amende équivalent à la moitié d'une nuitée! Nous avons été tellement choqués de cela que nous avons été tentés de demander à la réception si nous avions la permission de nous laver. Très désagréable. Il était aussi interdit sous peine d'amende de repasser du linge dans sa chambre. Ceci aurait pu être expliqué aux clients en termes en termes de la capacité des circuits à supporter un fer à repasser, ce qui aurait été plus agréable pour le client que cette menace d'une amende.
