The location is great. There are some things to improve as small arrangements in the bedrooms, bathroom, old furniture, etc.. There is some noise at night, but that's the price you pay for being at the center of Praia da Rocha (which has a lot of nightlife). From everything else is great.

Very good hotel! Clean, friendly service, breakfast can do the trick! Climate in the room, television, refrigerator, balcony with ocean view! Beach across the street, around lots of bars, shops and restaurants ...
There may be a problem for the elderly because it is quite loud, in front of the hotel ballets hotel does not have parking, but there is the possibility of parking near the side streets, so slack!

The location was excellent. Also close parking. Very good value for the money. Simple, but acceptable breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
It would be helpful to have computer access/internet. Towel hangers on the bathroom door. A small thing,, but very helpful.

The hotel is small and is is located in a very busy street, just in front of the beach. breakfast is ok. the rooms are ok too. my room was on the 5th floor and the only thing i didn´t like was that on my last day there (1st January), the hotel was full and on my floor there was no hot water before breakfast... we had a cold shower!
