This was perfect for our one night stay, very central so excellent for exploring Poitiers. We were glad to be able to leave our car behind in the hotel carpark. Everything was exactly as you would expect in an Ibis hotel - we did not stay for breakfast as we left early. Our daughters were glad to have WIFI access. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I found your reception staff to be very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were superb, accommodation was good and location excellent. I would recommend to others. Room standard of fittings was good
The poor rating for comfort relates only to the air conditioning, it could not be adjusted in the room as a result the temperature at night was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep. I do not know if this was a problem with the room or that the ability to change the temperature was disabled .
