Very close to the train and bus stations so getting around very easy. hotel and room ok but bathroom very cramped. expected as in a single room. certain members of staff very friendly and helpfull.
On arrival made to feel as if i was an inconvenience, given a room key just to get rid of me. When later as i was going out i asked if they had a map of the area, i was handed a map and member of staff walked away. no information of area or places to go were offered. bathroom is very cramped no shower cubicle and kept banging elbows on walls and plumbing.

There was an empty water bottle under one of the beds left by previous guests.
The location, right next to the Train Station.
I had to pay cash because the receptionist told me that my cards (03) were not empowering. When called on operators of my cards all informed me that there was no attempt to authorization from that hotel in Pisa, and there was no record of payment or refusal to lock in my cards. All other operations before and after I paid with bank card does not have any problem. I was very angry with this.
