I was very unhappy with my stay, the internet was not accessible, the room was freezing as the thermostat was broken, there was no hot water , the TV was not working properly so all in all it was not up to standard. The lady at the front desk said she would refund my stay however was booked through the internet so could not which I was disappointed to here
