Pepper & Paper Apartments

Everything was perfect, welcoming staff who spoke some english and told us not to hesitate to ask if we needed anything, rooms spacious and well appointed.

Great location Good space for a family of five

Electricity was unreliable : several power failures

This was a perfect gem in Paris. If you tend not to like the regimental hotel habits, this is great. You have total independence over meal times. The set up is quite spacious, well maintained, close to the local market with fantastic fresh and cooked produce (made good use of the kitchenette), walking distance to the metro and equally important RER stations for the airports, minutes from the hustle of central Paris, walking distance to the relaxing Jardin des Plantes, very courteous and helpful reception staff. It was such a great family experience that we plan to visit Paris again and stay at this aparthotel once again (if they will have us!). We felt quite secure and just felt part of Parisian life because of the aparthotel's residential / academic surroundings.

A few cosmetic touches would easily make this a 3*+ or even 4*

The staff is excellent

Location and amount of space in the apartment including the outside.

Especially the location and the size of the rooms.

The kitchen was not very well taken care of. Cutlery not complete, clock in kitchen made a lot of noise. If this could be taken care of I think overall rating would certainly be an 8.

Availability of a clothes washer and convenient location.
