Location and facilities were excellent
Breakfast that was advertised for 8 Euro was pretty basic whereas the one in breakfast lounge was expensive for abot 18 Euros.
Would prefer if someone would have informed us about it rather than being hit with a surprise at checkout.

Cedric the duty manager who managed a very difficult situation with extreme politeness and courtesy. It is because of him that we will return.
We had booked 3 hotel rooms in October 2010 for 3 nights from Thursday 3rd Februar 2011. When we arrived at the hotel, only 2 rooms were available, my husband and I were offered another hotel for one night. Hence the family was split up. Please be aware the hotel 'over book' the rooms and if you are the last people arriving you may not have a room even though you have written confirmation. Friends who had booked in November 2010 but arrived earlier than we did had a room. A very unfair situation.
