Le personnel est aimable et souriant, ce qui est loin d'etre toujours le cas à Paris, et en France d'ailleurs.
Les chambres sont un peu petites mais pour un séjour de courte durée, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Udmærket værelse og fin beliggenhed i forhold til både metro, tog og general gåafsted.
Der lå en lille velkomsthilsne med snacks og vand på mit værelse første gang jeg ankom. Ved mit næste besøg et par dage efter, var dette dog ikke tilfældet (selvom det var samme type værelse).
Der var ikke stryghjern på værelset. Personalet i receptionen var meget uvidende om deres egne procudurer, og vi fik forskellige forklaringer i forhold til f.eks. betaling af morgenmad mm.
