Excellent location, friendly staff
The maids came very early knock on the door and repeated this every half hour. They were at the reception can check whether someone has already checked out.

We requested a change in our room as it was on the street side and very noisy at night. That was done the next morning with no problem. We did find the room very small in comparison to hotels in Canada but have stayed in hotels in Europe before and realise that European rooms are smaller. Nevertheless this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in!!!!!!!! Staff were willing to deal quickly and efficiently with us requests and seemed anxious to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible! We would gladly return to this hotel!
