I do not understand that it is advertised as 200 euros tariffs on cozy rooms that are small in fair condition but no more.

The location is great if you arrive by train to Gare D'Austerlit. Plenty of places in vicinity for BFST/lunch or dinner. The staff was helpful and friendly at the desk.

The rooms do not correspond to what is shown on the website. No place comfortable to sit either in room or in tiny lobby.

On the street or find yourself on a busy road and Austerlitz railway station is very good to hear. So many noise nuisance. They are also very good.

Room is divided efficient, clean and has a good bed.
