The staff were helpful when we had a minor problem and we were able to get it sorted. We enjoyed the breakfast - good value. Although the location was not very central, it was perfect for us, as we were at a concert in the Parc de la Villette, which is very near-by.
We had cause to use the internet on the hotel's computers - unfortunately the keyboard was so well used that we could not read which key was which - we are familiar with the qwerty keyboard, but it was not a qwerty..... so it was a bit difficult.
