The hotel was clean. We did not take breakfast there but every day complimentary coffee and tea (even herbal) were provided in the rooms. The hotel is opposite the metro and near to a main roadway. Transportation for buses and train is easy from this hotel.
Although the rooms are well maintained, it was apparent that the air conditioning vents clearly needed servicing. The receptionist we met on the day shift was neither friendly or pleasant. However, the gentleman who was at the front desk for the night shift during our stay was charming and extremely helpful.

Hotel is zeer schoon.
Ontbijt werd extra aangerekend terwijl je voor dat prijs beter in een brasserie kon ontbijten.ook buffet had zeer weinig keuze.
Personeel leek tegen zijn zin te werken en inchecken werd tot tweemaal toe uitgesteld en we konden pas egen 21u in ons kamer. Ook een normale conversatie was moeilijk in de zin van terwijl ze je nog iets aan het uitleggen bent, de receptionist weggaat en met zijn rug naar jou toe je iets toezegt. Niet bepaald een goed etiquette.

Close to Metro Station
Very limited space in front of toilet in room 207!!
Hotel -I suggest-should concider a tighter control in login guests who take breakfast--we could have paid for one when we took and owned up to three x 2. Our friends commented the same.

Room was comfortable and had the facility to make a hot drink. Hotel is conveniently placed for the metro and main line stations
We had to go without breakfast on our second morning as there was no milk or rolls left and these did not appear despite a request
