Hôtel Korner Eiffel

We found the hotel met our needs for a place to rest each day. We approached our visit with the idea that we were getting a small room, but we were in Paris to see the city, not our room. If we would have had an extended stay we would have found an alternate location. The room, though nice, was poorly insulated against noise from neighboring rooms. We asked for a no-smoking room and received a room that had been aired out from use by previous smokers which though clean looking had the stale smokey smell. Additionally, though there were no smoking signs in the hallway on our floor, we were made awake by the smell of smoke wafting under the door into our room. This was very disappointing.

Overall good value for a hotel of this star rating. Not within walking distance to main attractions but not far by public transit. Friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. Average size room by European standards. Not a luxury hotel but you are aware of this by the pricepoint and star rating. Would recommend for travellers who don't want to spend a fortune and aren't concerned about alot of extra amenities and proximity to major attractions such as the Eifel tower.

Nice, small hotel "on corner"

Nice clean hotel with very helpful staff. Location good near Eiffel Tower and boat rides. Great value for money, and nice and comfortable. No frills hotel, just what you need after a long day in Paris. Would stay again.
