Bien situé pour visiter Paris

La wifi ne passe pas au 2ème étage chasse d eau de toilette fonction mal et le bouchon de la baignoire casser mais dans l ensemble bonne hôtel .

Check-out verliep heel traag, de persoon aan de balie wist precies niet wat hij moest doen...

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

I like the location only because many restaurants near by and easy for me to find the food to eat.

Check in was alright but when the staff give me the room key she said to me, I assigned your room at the 5th floors and unfortunately the hotel lift are broke. How can I bring my 6 baggage to 5th floor without any help from hotel staff that's impossible. So I requested to change my room and finally she changed my room to 2 floors and the problem again when I open the door the room was only 1 king bed size and 1 sofa, and I make a phone called to front desk once again and I told her that I booked 3 bed rooms, but the staff said this is 3 bed rooms and the sofa that's your extra bed so I asked her to send someone to help me to convert the sofa to extra bed but she said sorry sir right now we have only 1 staff, so please do it yourself it's took me 1 hour to do it without any help from hotel staff. I stay at Hotel Aida Opera for 2 nights and the lift still not fix.

When I asked one last check out refused me, which was very annoying because it was only an hour, poor bias receptionist.
