Freedom in the use of the apartment and use the Internet in the lobby 24 hours

We was displeased at your hotel.

Nothing, the staff was unwilling. We had paid for room with two beds and there was only extra bed. Staff didn? clean our room.

Main reason for choosing Citadines Austerlitz Paris: Rate

Even if Paris considered a expensive city, the price is very high for my point of view. When we entered it was clean, but during our stay of 4 days there was no cleaning at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only once we had a question which they couldn't answer and didn't look too eager to help us. Overall it was a nice stay! But come back at low season (we just were at the Rugbe Championships) when the high prices drop o little bit.

We liked our small kitchen even we didn't use it very much.
