Clean and good staff. Though some of them do not know all the stuff. Like we asked for private shuttle and she said not available and I have to show her the NICE shuttle in front of her to convince her!

Close by most sites and Metro
It would be great if you can charge a bit less

Cleanliness, nice staff, location.
The weird (intense blue and red) lights on the hotel halls. Also, there is no restaurant there (only breakfast room). If you go there with young children and you arrive in the evening, you can only go and bring them something to eat from a pizzeria or from a supermarket nearby, because since the hotel has no restaurant, you cannot have dinner there. Not very much a hotel for families with young children.

The location was nice. It was small for our group. We had to step over our luggage in the middle of the room. Other than that it was very clean.

It was close to the Eiffel Tower and the rooms were clean and contemporary.
It was on the small side.

Excellent view of the Eiffel Tower, separate bedroom for adults, close to main tourist sites and subway stations

The view, the size of the rooms, the proximity to everything
The breakfast could be better -- the price was a bit high for what you received

Fully lived up to our expectations, based on the information we had got from the internet, including the kitchenette and the quality of the appliances. Somewhat better information on arrival on cleaning kit available (sponge, dishwasher tablets, etc.)would have been appreciated, but staff very helpful when asked.

The view from the 20th floor over Paris was fantastic from sunrise to night. And we liked the concept of a basic price for the room with possibility to purchase additional services.
The background music in the lobby and the breakfast room was a bit "weird" to our taste. And the breakfast buffet was a bit austere, considering the price (e.g. hardly any fresh fruit)
