The welcome was warm and friendly, specially coming from Grand hotel Riviera in Sorrento, where the staff were abrupt and so superficial in their approach and the room service was non existent! The room was very modern, had an expresso little machine with lots of special coffees. The room was large and superbly furnished (beds were large and so comfortable, with soft percale sheets) and the room was quiet considering the location of the hotel opposite the Gare Du Nord. We conveniently just crossed the street to catch our Thalys at the station late at night. The best part was that we were able to keep the room until 7pm (at a minimal Fee) and enjoy a shower before our long trip back to Africa, we even had a new set of towels and shampoo.That was great service.
The front desk people were so kind, they made time to show us directions in Paris even though they had a big group of guests that had just arrived! That is genuine service!
No there was nothing to complain about, even the breakfast buffet was outstanding! Please recommend this hotel as it is really the best in every way, including the price!
