Myself and my partner travelled from Ireland and stayed in this hotel last week. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ok the rooms were a little outdated but very comfortable and quiet. The pool area of the hotel had very scenic views of the yaughts on the harbour, and was a very quiet area to relax (although we spent more time in the local beaches) The spa is a must. The staff were also very friend in the spa and myself and my partner found it very relaxing. I felt very at ease in this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Palma.
The internet usage was quite pricey.

We can recommend this hotel very good for a city break in spring. Too bad that free use of the Jacuzzi with Indorpools 10 Euros per person. I think this is petty, so we have decided not to use. In a new posting would be to note whether this device is usually Included in the price as yet or not.

On the last night we were awakened at 0300 Clock by noise on the street. I suspect that this will be even more pronounced in the high season, but the hotel is surrounded by numerous clubs, which are located partly on the ground floor of the hotel

I was in this hotel for many years, this well for my taste must be rennovarlo hall and rooms, toilet, and punishment is very narrow, very old TV, and the price paid without breakfast, is expensive in indicating that they wanted to reserve a bottle of champagne, and why not, with some detail such a chocolate, no nothing, bottle of champagne we take in Puerto Portal.
