The view from the 14th floor, in service check-in desk, lobby, dining room, breakfast
The lack of cleaning was great. At the pool were the butts and it was a bucket from the day before with the old Sangria in. Not so fun. Even as the staff said that breakfast opened 0715 on Sunday, but when we got there it was in 0730, a sign outside. We were on a flight so it was not fun. When they opened the doors so we were met by non avdukade breakfast in my room. I recommend that they put into free weights in the gym, so you can train with more than just treadmills.

- Friendly and helpful staff (smiling, courteous and nice
- Very clean and orderly room
- Great surprise of finding a bottle of champagne on ice in our room the day of my wife's birthday! That was really the little touch which changes everything!
- Not really...the outside building is a bit "tired", the beds a little squeaky, but overall only good things to say. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends, as the service and staff are top notch.

Great position on the Paseo Maritimo, comfortable functional rooms and good facilities.
The walls around the rooms' balconies were unusually low and would have felt a little uncomfortable with children out there.

Great location, nice rooms, good people in the lob. Did help with the booking of the restaurant; A young man at reception tipped us about a Vietnamese restaurant that was absolutely fantastic, got book tryp loyalty card that gave us a discount on breakfast - which incidentally was very go. We come back to this hotel or to another Tryp-hotel :-)

Nice big rooms with a spectacular view from the Balcony. The breakfast was great.
The hotel was centrally located.
The outside of the hotel needs renovation, and it was sad to look at all the dead flowers.

This was an excellent hotel and it's location had it all. Within walking distance of the centre of Palma and opposite the Marina. The hotel entrance was of a high standard and although we were not allocated the refurbished rooms we found our rooms to be spacious and comfortable and very clean. Some of the staff were not as friendly however the bar staff were and the breakfast was good value (there was a deal on when we arrived). I was recommended this hotel by several friends and would recommend it myself to others. Bar prices were very reasonable.
