Loud, at night times very loud, with windows that allow draft winds (and likewise noise) to pass even when closed.

The beds were very comfortable and it was overall a good experience.
I found it out of order that the chamber maids blocked the lifts meaning that guests had to wait for three or four lifts. When asked for them to stop this they took no notice and I had to inform management of this. It turned what was a positive experience into a negative one. I would only recommend the hotel if the management deals with this. Even though they were told to not do this, the chamber maids took no notice and carried on blocking the lifts. We were on the 8th floor and this was too high up to walk.
