Accessible to all interest points, i.e. town, casino, park etc.

Very noisy early in the mornings with the trams etc. Also we booked two rooms, one had a tv with english programs news etc, the other had no english programs

Bed linens are worn and patched ..; damage pr a hotel ranked "luxury" in the magazine of the coast, the restaurant's charm Pedu formerly at the decor, and I find it sad to have to go to fishing guns on the morning of other tables, so sad they no not invest in small fridges pr rooms

Availability of staff (very attentive PCQ had none of 3 years)

Sinks and tubs are not cleaned every day

We were booked for here but the hotel rang the day before and told us they had overbooked and we were staying at Hotel Prado - opposite. That hotel was lovely. We went into this hotel for a look and it looked lovely. Great location.
