Unfortunately it was a very hot evening, air conditioning had not been commisioned for the season, with open windows it was too noisy to sleep.

The friendliness and help fullness of the staff. They provided a plug as I had forgotten a British/European transformer.
The fruit salad etc at breakfast was great.
The pillows were great.
I felt the lift was rate limiting and it would be a real problem if it failed.

Proximity to Centre Gare. Clean. 24-hour food and drink. Good petit dejeuner at reasonable price.
For the price, not really. Not a luxury hotel but very useful for visitors to city. Needs better signage to find the entrance - we walked right past it before we came back and found it!
