Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport

The staffs are helpless and heartless. The location is very nice not too far from the airport. The other things are fine.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very good also.

Actually, I booked a room in the hotel on 1 January 2008, when I arrived from a short break with my family in Holland, just because there was no public transportation to my home in South Shields. Once I was in the hotel, I was glad I booked that room since the hotel is very close to the airport and despite that, it is very quiet in the rooms. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Good overall, not pretentious, obviously, but a good accommodation if your main purpose is to be close to Newcastle airport. Fair cleaning, though the bathroom in particular did not gave the idea of the cleanest bathroom in the world. Quiet and comfortable.

Good hotell..but i was only there for one night,and i was sleeping most of the time since i checked in till i checked out.

I had a very comfortable stay. It is perfect for people travelling to Sunderland for a match.
