The view, staff and service were excellent overall. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The food in the associated restaurant called Zafira was top notch. This is important because they have a "haf-board" deal that includes dinner and continental breakfast.
Mattresses were not the best, just marginally comfortable. Space in the rooms is limited, but in our case the view made up for these.

I liked the hotel room beacuse although small was very comfortable and had all that was necassary for us. I liked very very much the food which was presented greatly and also tasted excellently! It was also quite affordable!
I would like the internet service to improve. The only computer in the fifth floor which provided this service was very slow and spent all our money waiting for it to load the sites we needed.

The side seaview is hardly a side seaview - more of a side view. Only a side room at the front of the hotel has a seaview - the other side rooms at the back don't
