Very good in everything but mediocre in service, breakfast. Very polite, but cold behaviour. It didn't have that extra something that it will make you come again apart from the price factor.

The hotel is exceptional. It is a bit out of the way as it isn't in the center of the city but it is a short cab ride or subway ride to the city center. The restaurant in the hotel and the food service in general from the included breakfast to room service to the seriously gourmet restaurant on the 5th floor are really exceptional. The rate was higher than normal as I was there during the Milan Furniture Fair and all hotels inflate their rates but I am sure it would have been a great value for money at another time. I didn't use the spa, gym or pool so can't really evaluate them although they looked quite nice to me.

The charges for internet use in the business center is offensive and unprofessional from my point of view - this should be a free amenity in a hotel at this cost. The charges were .35 euro per minute and I spent over $150 on internet charges which I thought was a ripoff (theft).
