Very little
We arrived to find that the twin room we had booked had been given to some other guests. We had asked for a non-smoking room and when we got into it we found that it smelled of smoke. When we complained we were told that it wasn't their fault if a guest smoked in a non-smoking room! Dinner was not available as a coach party had taken over the dining room.
We left straight away and will never book a Campanile again.

That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.
