Good all round
Yes reported that water fom the flashing kept running down for most of the time,someone tried to fix it but could not do it,because he was not the handyman this was on Saturday till we left it was not done.Another thing one the bulbs also was making a lot noise and kept bleeping I had to remove it and if you check the room you will find the bulb on the lamp hanging on the wall.These things shod not be reported by your guests but by the people who clean the rooms every day as they should notice these things that very annoying

The hotel looked well maintained and professional, we was told about all facilities that were available. The staff were very pleasant and didn't rush the service on check in. We only stayed in a basic room but it was comfortable and clean

Location very good for everything. Nice restaurant overlooking Piccadilly gardens, clean room. Friendly staff.
Bar prices a bit steep.

The staff were very friendly. Very clean, great location, nice and modern. Really nice hotel would recommend it to anyone. Brilliant for the price too.
Parking wasn't easy to find had to drive round for ages to try and find it, in the end gave up and parked around the corner. Other than that fantastic hotel.
