The Free Shuttle bus service is excellent. The Friendly Drivers took us to / from the Car rental village, Train Station & the Terminals with little or no waiting time.
We also found the front desk staff very helpful - well done.
No small fridge in the room, however we understand this is normal in England. Living in Australia we are used to having a small fridge in Hotel rooms & Cruise ships, for storing drinks etc overnight.

Stay on a fairly regular basis when flying from Manchester. Really convenient, ideal parking and everything on site which you need. The shuttle bus is brilliant and on a regular basis and free which again is a great bonus.

The shuttle was available regardless of time very caring staff quiet dark rooms no noise smoking area on the patio and great value for money - nice that we had toiletries and tea/coffee after a very late delayed flight just helped us sleep better.
